  1. Hit the Windows Start<\/strong> button.<\/li>
  2. In the search box, type \u201ccommand<\/strong>\u201d (do not press ENTER yet).<\/li>
  3. While holding CTRL-Shift<\/strong>, hit ENTER<\/strong> to open Command Prompt window as an administrator.<\/li>
  4. For Windows 64-bit systems:<\/strong><\/li>
  5. Copy the msflxgrd.ocx file to C:\\Windows\\SysWOW64\\<\/li>
  6. regsvr32\u00a0 C:\\Windows\\SysWOW64\\COMDLG32.OCX<\/li>
  7. For Windows 32-bit systems:<\/strong><\/li>
  8. Copy the msflxgrd.ocx file to :\\Windows\\System32\\<\/li>
  9. regsvr32\u00a0 C:\\Windows\\System32\\COMDLG32.OCX<\/li>
