  1. Download and unzip file.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Load the “SDT_v12_Installer.exe” program.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Copy the “SDTv17.exe” the same folder or to the desktop.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Plug in a micro usb\u00a0 to usb cord into laptop. Laptop should recognize a new usb device.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Open the “SDTv17.exe”<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. Some people are having a “Component MSFLXGRD.OCX or one of its dependencies not correctly registered: a file is missing or not registered.” This file is provided in the zip file. Here<\/a><\/em><\/strong> is a page dedicated to this error.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  7. Some people are having a “Component COMDLG32.OCX or one of its dependencies not correctly registered: a file is missing or not registered.” Here<\/em><\/strong><\/a> is a page dedicated to this error with file link.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  8. Goto laptop “Devices and Printers” in settings of the sdt usb device. It will say which port you are connected to. Note the port #. In the SDT program select the COM port from above. Then under file select “Connect to SDT”.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  9. Note: Changes to the SDT VE map are real time.\u00a0 Currently you have to use the direction arrows and the +- buttons to change the map.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  10. To load a saved map or a provided map (ex: idle and rev fix SDT map) goto the top menu bar >file and load map. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n<\/p>\n
